Full Throttle To Be Remastered by Double Fine Productions

The classic Adventure Game, Full Throttle, set to be remastered by Tim Schafer’s Double Fine:

With the smell of burning asphalt hanging staunchly in the air we’re proud to announce that we’ll be remastering Tim Schafer’s classic LucasArts adventure game Full Throttle!

Following speedily in the still-smoking-tyre-tracks of the Grim Fandango and Day of the Tentacle Remastered editions, Full Throttle Remastered will complete the trilogy of Tim’s games from LucasArts that we’ve been given the chance to restore. Just like those games, we will make a Remaster with the quality, care and attention to detail that can only come from involving the original creators.

Full Throttle Remastered will feature all new artwork, with high resolution backgrounds and animation, with each frame being repainted by hand. We’ll be aiming to restore the sound and music to a higher quality, and we’ll also fill the game with special features like concept artwork, commentary tracks and as many other things as we can think of!

Full Throttle Remastered will be coming to PC & PlayStation platforms in 2017!

Command & Conquer, sometimes known as Command & Conquer: Tiberian Dawn, is a 1995 real-time strategy video game developed by Westwood Studios and published by Virgin Interactive. Set in an alternate history of modern day, the game tells the story of a world war between two globalized factions: the Global Defense Initiative of the United Nations and a cult-like militant organization called the Brotherhood of Nod, led by the mysterious Kane. The groups compete for control of Tiberium, a mysterious substance that slowly spreads across the world.

Install instructions

Once installed, go to the folder and run the Troubleshoot Compatibility on C&C95 Application file by right clicking on the file.

If you are using a widescreen HD monitor I recommend selecting resolution 1600×900.

Unzip the Movies and place them in the C&C installation folder.

Some important notes on the hi-res:

The first campaign missions for each side will be smaller than the screen resolution, which gives some odd graphical bugs. Most of these are fixed by just touching the edge of the screen with your cursor (to scroll) and then opening and closing the main menu.

Since C&C missions get bigger as you progress through the campaign, these problems will be completely gone after mission #3 (unless you play in a resolution higher than 1024×768).

Some graphical bugs may appear when loading a savegame from a different resolution which doesn’t have the sidebar opened. Simply opening the sidebar fixes these bugs.

There’s a small bug in hi-res mode which prevents you from placing buildings with a height of one cell on the lowest row of cells on the map. This rarely gives any real problems though.

If you don’t want to play in hi-res, simply open CCConfig.exe and change back to 640×400 or 640×480.

Hidden & Dangerous is a WWII 1999 computer and video game developed by Illusion Softworks and published by Take-Two Interactive and TalonSoft for Windows, the Dreamcast, and the PlayStation. The PlayStation port of the game was developed by Tarantula Studios. It is regarded as one of the pioneering tactical first/third person shooters.

An expansion was released in 2000, titled Hidden & Dangerous: Devil’s Bridge in the US and Hidden & Dangerous: Fight for Freedom in the UK. This added new soldiers, weapons and missions in new locations including Poland, the Ardennes and postwar Greece.

A fully updated version of the game, Hidden & Dangerous Deluxe, was released for free as a commercial promotion for the sequel Hidden & Dangerous 2.[2] It is still available as freeware.

Tips on how to save, or lose, all eight characters in Until Dawn

Jessica

Jessica (played by Meaghan Martin) starts off as an unsympathetic and over-sexualized character. When you play Episode 4, you play Mike. A creature drags away Jessica, and you have to chase after her. If you fail every QTE button push, Mike won’t reach her in time. She’ll fall from above and hit the floor dead. If you reach her in time, she lies on the floor of an elevator. Then the elevator gives way and falls down into the mine. Mike believes she’s dead at that point, but we discover in the final, Episode 10, that she’s still alive. At that point, she tries to escape a Wendigo, creatures that are the real killers, in the mine.
